Thasha is a talent acquisition expert who rebels against conservative status-quo norms and cares about helping individuals and organisations evolve beyond the boundaries of traditional guidelines. She left the corporate world to pursue her passion for people development and helping business communities transform their talent acquisition strategies, processes and tools into a powerhouse of professional excellence.

She is supported by 15 years of corporate and agency experience in talent acquisition for world-class companies and associated best practices within the South African and Canadian recruitment industries.

Thasha’s previous experience as a Talent Acquisition manager for large organisations like RCL Foods and Mediclinic International in the FMCG and private healthcare industry, include hiring great people, developing talent acquisition strategies, improving recruitment processes, customizing interview skills workshops, optimising employer branding and facilitating change management.

Her experience includes extensive senior recruitment in the financial services industry in Toronto, working for companies like Manulife Financial, Dundee Wealth Management and KPMG. She studied at the University of South Africa and at Ryerson University in Toronto and specialised in industrial psychology, training and development (e-learning), and targeted selection training.
